Fire protection package

The fire-proof package fire-proof package is a new type of fire-proof supporting refractory developed by our company according to the national standard gb23864-2009. The outer layer of the fire-proof package (fire-proof package) is made of woven tightly and durable fiberglass cloth with special treatment, and the inside is filled with special fire-proof, heat insulation materials and expansion materials. The product has good ventilation and air permeability, acid and alkali resistance, water resistance, oil resistance, light weight, easy to use and other characteristics under normal temperature. It rapidly expands and carbonizes in case of fire to form a fire resistance barrier with certain thickness and strength, absorbs heat and releases non combustible gas in the process of expansion and carbonization, so as to achieve the purpose of fire resistance, heat insulation and smoke insulation. It is an ideal product for fire prevention and flame retardant of power cable facilities.

The fire-proof package (fire-proof package) is non combustible, with a fire-resistant limit of more than 4 hours, expanding and solidification at a higher temperature. Form a kind of heat insulation, smoke proof seal, and good fire and moisture resistance, no asbestos and other toxic ingredients.

Purpose:
It is applicable to the sealing of cavities formed when cables, oil pipes, air pipes, gas pipes, metal pipes and other penetrations pass through partition walls or partitions in electric power, telecommunication, postal, chemical, industrial, mining, enterprises and buildings.

Construction method:

For the cable shaft, the fire-resistant net and fire-resistant plate and iron plate are used as the supporting pad, and the fire-proof package is laid on the pad and stacked into a partition layer. The cable tunnel and cable trench can be barricaded into a firewall at the place where the partition wall needs to be set according to the relevant spacing regulations of the domestic cable tunnel and cable shaft. If necessary, angle steel can be used as support to facilitate plugging.
