Product introduction:

The cable fire retardant coating is a new type of fire retardant coating developed by our company according to the national standard of GB23874-2012. The product is made up of all kinds of fire-retardant and plasticizer and so on. It is the most advanced waterborne fire retardant coating for wire and cable in China. The product can produce uniform and compact sponge foam insulation when it is heated. It can effectively inhibit and block the spread and spread of the flame, and protect the wires and cables. Its main advantages are: environmental protection, pollution-free, non-toxic and tasteless, no threat to the health of the applicator. The product also has the characteristics of thin coating, strong adhesion, good flexibility, and has good insulation and anti-corrosion functions.

This product is widely used in the fire-retardant treatment of wires and cables in power plants, industrial and mining, telecommunication and civil buildings, as well as the fire protection of combustible base materials of wood structures, metal structures and underground projects.

Construction method:

1. Before the construction of fire retardant coating, the floating dust, oil dirt and sundries on the cable surface shall be cleaned and polished, and the construction of fire retardant coating shall not be carried out until the surface is dry.

2. The construction of this product adopts spraying, brushing and other methods. When it is used, it should be fully stirred evenly. When the coating is slightly thick, it can be diluted with appropriate amount of tap water to facilitate spraying.

3. During the construction and before the coating is dry, it shall be waterproof, sun proof, pollution proof, movement proof and bending proof, and repair in time in case of any damage.

4. For wires and cables with plastic or rubber skin, the coating thickness is 0.5-1mm, and the amount is about 1kg / m2. For insulated cables with oil paper in dry package, a layer of glass cloth shall be wrapped first, and then the coating shall be applied. If the construction is carried out outdoors or in humid environment, the matching varnish shall be added.

Packaging and transportation:

1. This product is packed in metal or plastic barrels.

2. The product should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated environment.

3. During product transportation, it is necessary to prevent sun exposure, rain, damage, dumping and overflow of packaging barrels.

4. The product has a shelf life of six months.
